Because alumni calendars are crowded and attention is thin, NNAWCA needed more than newsletters: they needed ritual. The organization had sporadic event attendance, low cross-year interaction, and a leaking volunteer funnel. The brief was simple: design a repeatable engagement loop that feels human, playful, and worth returning for.
